Founder & Head of Innovation

Albert Celentano’s love for food started in Brooklyn, inspired by his grandmother’s lasagna and the vibrant flavors of Chinatown. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he built his expertise in world-class restaurants and bakeries, from New York to the south of France. His career spans restaurant development, executive dining, and high-profile culinary experiences—including guest appearances at the James Beard House and features in The New York Times and Food Network.

Turning his focus to food manufacturing, Albert has played a key role in creating clean-label, high-quality products for major brands like Panera. With Artisan Food Group, he’s bringing healthier, more customized ingredient solutions to chefs and food companies worldwide.

Matthew Celentano

Project Manager

With a background in economics and a passion for operations, Matthew Celentano brings a strategic approach to Artisan Food Group. Previously managing purchasing at American Airlines Admiral’s Clubs, he understands the challenges of food service at scale. A former NCAA baseball player, he applies teamwork and precision to every project, ensuring seamless operations and continued innovation in food manufacturing.
